About Our Business
Competence Consultancy – Online Marketing specialist. Our goal is to help small businesses build or improve their current online presence. Through the use of social media, data collection, online store creation and consultation. Always ensuring clients get good value for money. Packages range from as little as motoring accounts to ensure customers' questions are answered, to full online marketing campaigns and setting up of online stores to increase online reach.
Who We Are
Currently Competence Consultancy works with clients in the food and drink industry to help build out their online profiles. This was done by firstly collecting data. This was done to understand the demographic of their customer base. If clients didn’t already have social media account these were set up along with email accounts. Goals were then set on a weekly and monthly basis. Post schedules including promotional offers were created. In most cases, clients needed high-quality photos and videos. These were taken in a manner which did not disrupt their day-to-day work. These post schedules and promotional offers were then revised based on additional data collected to maximise the effect. All accounts are constantly managed to ensure customers' interactions are dealt with in a swift and friendly manner, improving the customers' experience.
